At Morgan´s Rock, we propose different culinary specialties by offering you a taste of fusion between Nicaraguan, Central and South American, French and Asian cuisines.
Some of the products we use are organically grown and raised at our Hacienda including a variety of fruits, dairy products, meat and poultry.
Other products such as seafood come from the near Pacific Ocean. Hence, though perhaps used to exaggeration in other restaurants, we truly depend upon the “catch of the day”. Your server will inform you at both lunch and dinner of the different types of seafood proposed on the menu.
