Wildlife at Morgan's Rock Hacienda & Ecolodge

Since a large part of the farm has become a private nature reserve, the number of animals has increased significantly during the past years and monkeys, sloths and other mammals are commonly seen by visitors.  One of the highlights of a visit to Morgan's Rock is the observations of the giant sea turtles laying their eggs in the sand or the little babies fighting their way to the Ocean.  Sea turtle season at Morgan's Rock is between July and December.
