Cancellations:
The total amount of the reservation is reimbursed if the cancellation has been communicated to Morgan’s Rock in written format 15 days prior to arrival date.
For reservations during the Holiday Season, for more than 7 nights or multiple bungalows the cancellation policy applies within 30 days.
Please also note that unused prepaid services at Morgan's Rock are not refundable.
Prepayment:
Due to Morgan’s Rock small size and remote location, the prepayment of reservations is necessary. A deposit of $350 is required at the time of making the reservation to guarantee the bungalow space. Six weeks (40 days) prior to the arrival date at Morgan’s Rock, the total amount of the reservation needs to be prepaid.
Room Guarantee
Due to our small size and the need for flexibility to accommodate different arrival and departure dates and on occasions the health and fitness of guests (who do not inform us in advance of their special needs) we cannot guarantee reservations for specific numbered bungalows. We hope you understand. At the same time, if you have clients with special physical requirements that you know off in advance, please let us know so that we can help them have a more pleasant stay. Remember, bungalow access requires stair climbing in Morgan’s Rock. |
