Check-in/Check-out:

• Check-in: 3:00 p.m. | Check-out: 12:00 p.m.

Minors:

• Minors must remain under the supervision and responsibility of an adult throughout their stay.

Breakfast:

• Breakfast is served à la carte and includes coffee, tea, or herbal infusion, juice of the day, fresh fruit, and one main dish from the menu. Additional dishes, modifications, or extras may incur an additional charge.

Conservation and Natural Environment:

• Morgan's Rock is a private nature reserve committed to conservation. We ask all guests to respect the local flora and fauna by refraining from feeding, disturbing, or interfering with wildlife.

Smoking and Vaping Policy:

• All rooms, indoor spaces, and enclosed public areas are smoke- and vape-free. For designated smoking or vaping areas, please inquire at the front desk.

Peaceful Environment:

• To preserve the tranquility of the ecolodge, the use of personal music players in common areas is not permitted. We recommend the use of headphones.

Parking:

• Parking is complimentary for registered guests. Morgan's Rock is not responsible for any loss, damage, or belongings left inside vehicles.

Service Animals:

• Morgan's Rock only permits the entry of duly accredited service animals. Please contact us for our full policy, applicable requirements, and any potential cleaning fees.

No Show:

• A reservation will be considered a "No Show" when a confirmed guest fails to arrive on the check-in date without prior notice. In such cases, the applicable charge will be applied in accordance with the conditions of the booked rate, and the hotel may release the accommodation after the first night.

Accessibility and Natural Surroundings:

• Morgan's Rock bungalows are nestled into the natural hillsides of the reserve, meaning some areas are accessed via trails and steps that are part of the ecolodge experience. Certain paths may not be ideal for guests with reduced mobility; however, vehicle access is available to select rooms. We recommend contacting us in advance so we can help identify the most suitable option for your needs.
